Treasury: Russia’s federal budget surplus at 206 bln rbl Jan–Apr

MOSCOW, May 16 (PRIME) -- Russia’s federal budget surplus amounted to 206.24 billion rubles in January–April, the Federal Treasury said in a statement on Wednesday.

Budget revenue amounted to 5.528 trillion rubles and spending stood at 5.322 trillion rubles.

Earlier in May, the Finance Ministry preliminary estimated Russia’s budget surplus at 181.3 billion rubles in January–April, or at 0.6% of the country’s gross domestic product.
